Cancellation Policy


Timber Lodge Retreats condos, cabins, and vacation homes require a minimum 2 month cancellation period prior to reservation date. 

  • This includes any days removed from your reservation.
  • All cancellations are assessed a $25 fee.
  • A 50% deposit is required at the time the reservation is made.  This deposit in non-refundable over holidays and special events.
  • No refunds will be given unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the same dates after cancellation deadline.
  • Mountain Meadows Cabins require a 50% non-refundable deposit as cabins are pre-sold.
